He truly has saved my life, Jill. I’m crying trying to write this. He really has made such a difference for me.

I’m ready for a good ugly cry. But I honestly wasn’t sure I wanted to come meet him that day. I was so afraid that he would love me and need me, and I was not sure I wanted to wake up every day. But his little face reminded me what is good in this world. Every day I wake up and he just wants to snuggle a few minutes more and I remember that there is good in my life. I don’t cry as much anymore, but when I do, he is right there to remind me that he’s there and he isn’t going anywhere. Honestly, everyone asks how much he needs me as a special dog, but I need him more. He’s my sweet baby.
